As CEO, David combines industry knowledge with strong, hands-on leadership. With a long term vision for creating an all-inclusive care network, he leads the Arcadia team in continually expanding both the scope of services and level of care offered. David’s approach to management fosters a culture of growth, collaboration, and commitment to advancing the care of each resident within the Arcadia network.

As COO, Michelle oversees all aspects of clinical operations. Michellle develops, monitors and improves clinical systems and outcomes, and develops training material and quality assurance programs. Her extensive background as both an RN and LHHA backed with 18+ years of industry experience equip her with the clinical expertise to maintain a secure facility environment while harboring a cohesive work atmosphere for team members, as well as enabling the highest quality of life for Arcadia residents.

Karrie is responsible for identifying marketing opportunities, overseeing the development of new business growth efforts, and directing clinical liaisons and admission directors. With over 15 years of industry experience, Karrie has deep personal insight into the needs of a broad range of stakeholders, from residents to family members to care providers. Prior to joining Arcadia as VP of Marketing & Business Development, Karrie worked as a CNA, floor nurse, MDS nurse, restorative nurse, and LNHA. Her extensive knowledge and ability to harness customer insight to produce positive outcomes play a pivotal role in advancing Arcadia's growth.

As VP of Clinical Reimbursement & Clinical Informatics, Charity, an RN, brings a positive, solution-focused orientation and 12 years of experience in long term care to Arcadia. Charity oversees clinical reimbursement, such as Medicare, Managed Medicare and Medicaid, and manages the MDS coordinators, care plan coordinators and restorative teams, ensuring federal and state compliance. Her role also encompasses the technological operations, including managing Arcadia’s electronic health record software among other programs.

Savi leverages her extensive experience in coaching leaders to effectively drive talent and performance management initiatives, while also ensuring the development and enforcement of legally compliant HR policies across all Arcadia facilities. By emphasizing the recruitment of highly qualified professionals, Savi empowers each team member to fully embrace their roles and leverage their skillset to the fullest extent. Drawing upon her profound understanding of human behavior, she plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth and cohesion of the Arcadia staff as a unified and proficient care provider team. Prior to joining Arcadia, Savi amassed a wealth of experience as a leader within the Human Resources Department across multiple industries.

After graduating from Millikin University in 2006 with a BSN, Kim started out in acute care while working part time at a family practice. She assists facilities with regulatory compliance and guides them to providing quality and professional care to all residents. With her transition to Arcadia’s long term care setting, Kim brings a mindset rooted in teamwork and positivity as a response to adversity.

As Vice President of Clinical Services, Brooke oversees and assists Clinical Services for her region and enjoys analyzing data and determining areas for process improvement. Prior to joining Arcadia, Brooke spent 17 years within various healthcare settings including skilled nursing, geriatric, sub-acute and acute care. With a Masters in Management and Leadership, her crisis management skills help her remain a force of calm, positivity and direction in any situation. She receives deep satisfaction from witnessing growth within the leaders of the buildings she serves.

As financial coordinator, Stephanie monitors and manages financial operations for individuals in Arcadia facilities. With 12 years of industry experience and a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Stephanie brings both a knowledge of finance and a diverse perspective on nursing home culture to the Arcadia team.

Angela works individually with facilities to ensure compliance with Arcadia policies and state regulations. She monitors the accurate and timely completion of all MDS assessments, and provides training, support and practical direction to MDS coordinators in creating and revising care plans. Angela began her career as a CNA, continuing on to graduate nursing school before beginning on her path as an MDS consultant. Even with 26 years of experience, Angela continuously challenges herself, channeling her detail-oriented mindset to improve the level of care for residents and cultivate a strong team dynamic.

Mobile Administrator
Marcos is an LNHA with 13 years experience working in independent, assisted supportive and skilled nursing facilities. He earned a BA from Western Illinois University with an emphasis in organizational management. As a mobile administrator, Marcos brings a fresh perspective on management, serving as liaison between residents and management as well as among company leadership. His ability to relate to residents, families and staff alike help improve staff retention, continuity and overall stability within the company.

Becky oversees dietary planning, including state and PCC compliance, budgeting, and scheduling. She is a licensed CDM, CFPP, and CFM in addition to holding a Sanitation License, Basset license, Allergen certificate, and certification in Nutritional Therapy for Dietary Personnel. Becky combines over 20 years of experience in skilled care with a passion and dedication to superior customer service.
